Luke Kuechly is one of the great NFL Line Backers of our time. Here's a look back at his career. My Music/Vlog Channel:althe.info/home/rFLqe8DOrHyq3S1_LlqtNQ.htmlINSTAGRAM: flemlorapsTWITTER: FlemLoRaps
He wants to be able to still think when he is 40 years old!
October 28,2020 watching this makes me sad,NFL need to come off the Bullshyte and spend more money on health, guaranteed contracts more money an playing conditions , benefits ,God bless him going forward in Jesus mighty name Amen
Favorite Luke memory is probably being at BOA stadium watching my Bengals vs Panthers. Hearing the "LUUUUUUUUUKE" from the crowd in person is chilling, no matter who you root for.
Man, if I didn't have to hear lil Wayne and his horrible stupid horse call in every beginning, these videos would be just about perfect!
He was starting to get that dan Morgan look in his eye...
Yea but did he cry because he knew he had to quit. Or was that last concussion so bad that it’s a reaction that he didn’t even realize he was crying
I was struggling with giving up basketball due to a bad ankle. Best thing I ever did for my health. I miss playing but I don't miss being in crutches every other week
Awesome guy on and off the field.
Man as a life long panthers fan it killed me to see him go at a young age and he was still playing at a high level. I knew he was a generational talent and I don't think no one will ever fill his shoes again but that being said I am glad he is in a better place and put his health first.
Ray Lewis who!! Lol.... Nah I'm jk. Ray's my guy forever. I feel Luke's tears. I had 3 acl reconstructions before my high school career ended. The last one ended me.
Lee Roy Jordan. 2 .0 !
My favorite Luke Kuechly moment was when we were playing the cowboys on Thanksgiving day in 2015 and he had back to back interceptions from Tony Romo one of them for a touchdown. Man I miss that guy, he was my favorite player of all time, just an amazing player.
Great vid my brother. 👍
Hall of Famer?
20 plus tackles in one game.when i saw the number I thought it was a typo,at that moment the announcer said that's not a typo Lol
First of all, love your videos. I have a pretty cool Luke Kuechly story I would like to share. I played football at Southeast Missouri Stste in '09 and one of my teammates was from Sacramento. Well, he invited me out to Sacramento over Christmas break. Well, turns out one of my buddies best friends from HS was the backup QB at BC and they were playing in the 09 Emerald Bowl agsinst USC in San Francisco and we went to the game. What's even cooler is that my buddies buddy was roommates at BC with Mark Herzlich (the guy who had cancer and was the reason Kuechly was playing). SO, I was a linebacker and huge fan in general of Mark because he was such a great linebacker. The night before the game we all kicked it at the hotel and I got to hang out with Mark at hotel and walk around the city and stuff. I even got a picture with him at the hotel because I knew who he was. So, the next day at the game we all sat by Mark and his family. Marks little brother was there too and he ended up being a stud at an Ivey League school I think. I remember in the game Kuechly was making plays and it may have been Herzlich's girlfriend who was like, "yea that guy is a freshman"!!! I watched him a bit and was like damn he is a freshman. And the rest is history....that is my Kuechly story. Had to share! Thanks fod the great videos!
I’m 10 so I didn’t expirenice what other experienced so I think it’s when I would watch film of him and marvel at his amazing work and I don’t play football yt but next year i will so I’ve watched countless film but he is my fav
This man is great.
I have the utmost respect for Luke and feel very bad for him! He’s an incredible Human Being and I wish him the Best Life has to offer!
He was a great player..
I miss him as a Carolina fan it really hit hard for me
People who hate on Andrew Luck and Luke are the worst fans in the NFL
Miss this guy in the league.
Willis and Kuechly left at least 5 pro bowls and possible rings on the table for their health and i can't blame them. I did love their work and they were fun as hell to watch. Thank you for the memories!
Luke Kuechly is such a great linebacker. He could do it all. Stop the run? He could do that. Pressure the quarterback? He could do that. Get involved in coverage? He could do that too. Even though his career was only eight years, I have a good feeling he'll end up in Canton.
A Bungles fan? I bet he has ridden the escalooser.
I didn’t even know he retired but he was a damn Machine playing against human. I know QB’s and RB’s are at peace now lol 😂
A shame the Great ones come and go so quickly!! Wish the best in his new undertakings ! Th
One thing you can say is Kuechly busted his ass for his team and his fans.
Great video man! Thanks for shedding some light on one of the NFL's best!
It's obvious watching him last season he couldn't shake blockers.. couldn't chase down ball carrier's he was getting knocked around..his prime was over.. bright stars burn faster..edit nothing but love for the dude one of the greatest linebackers I've ever seen enjoy retirement Luke it's bitter Sweet!
Lots of players just want to make it to the NFL to cash in. Luke continued to work on his craft and be an even better player. That's what made him elite.
Big BC Eagles fan and watching Luke and Mark Herzlich wreak havoc on opposing offenses of big name schools was so much fun to watch. Would have been interesting to see the trajectories against each other in the NFL if Herzlich didn't get cancer. Thanks for all the great football Luke...you are a true class act.
Whoever put thumbs down on this .. Just don't respect football and greatness... Good job on this
Sad he won't make the hall of fame...
He played in the same conference as my high school alma mater. He was a one man wrecking crew.
We love what you do Flemlo; keep bringing these exhaustively researched and impeccably presented segments bruh ..
Loved the vid
Dude, this is a great video! Hey, ya'll remember those fucking like, sports gels that were popular for a minute? Lol, Luke is eating one in a short clip. I totally forgot about them. They were kinda gross but I used to get them in packages my mom sent me when I was in Iraq so I kinda miss them!
Love seeing a young person that really understands and uses the word empathy. It’s not weakness by any stretch of the imagination and should be celebrated. I think it makes you a stronger man.
As a Buccs fan, I used to love to hate this dude! Dude is a Pocket QB's worst nightmare. Sucks that he's gone, but I'm glad he put his health first.
Felt bad for him already and then the Bangles bomb dropped. Dude needs to be on 24 hour watch. Hope he finds something outside but involved with the NFL.
Found this channel on my feed and immediately subscribed, great content!
His body was wearing down. He has a college degree. He has made tens of millions of dollars. Made multiple pro bowls and all pros. Should have done enough. To make the hall of fame. Enjoy your retirement Luke
Dude was fun to watch and I'm a Saints fan.
Thank you always enjoy yr videos
Left when he still had use of his body & brain! Hopefully smart enough to save some money as well.
He'll make a killer defensive coordinator
Will he be in the hall?
After his penultimate concussion, perhaps even before THAT, Luke had to have had the discussion with doctors and family & friends of the likelihood that just one more concussion would be his very last snap. On that cart, he's sobbing because of the realization that he just awoke on the field from his last snap. He's realized that the moment he'd considered off the field was actually happening. His time was up. This video is excellent. It leaves one major question unaddressed: when exactly does Luke become eligible for election to the Hall of Fame in Canton? Maybe three more questions:(1) will Luke be a first-ballot induction? (2) will Luke be a UNANIMOUS, first-ballot induction? (3) will the Hall of Fame game feature his childhood favorite Cincinnati Bengals playing the instate rival Cleveland Browns or his forever home Carolina Panthers?
Just off how good he was I know he really loved and studied the game his iq was different
One of the all-time greats. It's so sad that such a great sport is just so dangerously violent. Perhaps some day we will develop equipment that will protect players but I think eventually the game will have to reduce it's inherent violence and become more like basketball and soccer.
I didn't want them to retire but I uderstand but dam one of the best.
Not too many last beyond 5 years let alone 8. NFL= Not for Long. You also have to realize that if someone plays for 8 years in the NFL it is likely that the person has been playing the game for at least 16 years if the person started playing during their freshman year of high school. The possibility of the body breaking down is highly likely.
Do a video about Bobby wagner mans changed the MLB position
Great job on this video!
Dude this is low-key one of the best sports joints on the internet. Love it. Stay true.
the whole time he was in the NFL he was my favorite player outside the packers (im a GB fan) and I always respected him and loved his game. Sad he had to retire so early
Same for me as a broncos fan. Now my favorite player outside of Denver is CMC. Carolina knows how to draft em lol
Think it is still possible he comes back for the 2021 season, think it might be possible he might show up in Buffalo with his old DC
Dudes a beats unfortunately beasts can damage themselves more then those they hit.
Man watching him get carted off and going through it like that was so tough that night. I’m glad he walked away. He’s a good man, he deserves a long life.
Diagnosing a run by a pulling guard in 4th grade is what a prodigy does.
He made his money and he doesn't want to be crippled when he's 40! Smart man!
Kuechly was fun to watch. Will definitely be missed. This video was also fun to watch, very well made sir. Keep up the good work yourself!
Guy was a fucking beast
Went to the same high school as Luke, and one day I was lifting in our high school gym, and some giant guy stands over while I’m bench pressing and says “you need a spotter? . It was Luke Kuechly. I was a scrawny freshman kid who liked like he had never been in the gym and luke treated me like we had been friends forever. I’ll never forget moments like that. Great video.
@Scoop Jardine We are ST. X
Damn man. That’s something you will always remember for the rest of your life
He started hitting his head and getting concussions like every week. Mostly from his "teammate" Thomas Davis. Would retire if I had to play with Thomas Davis too
Always loved #59♥️ I have great respect for any player who walks away from a career that they have lived and breathed for a lifetime. I will miss watching #59 go out and kick ass!! Best of luck to you always. ♥️⚘
Yeah, Luke balled-out.
Don't see football lasting another 10 years to much info now
Wow .. the look on his face when he has to leave a game is pretty terrifying... There's so much vaulnarability and uncertainty... Quite a contrast to his playing form... We become what we fear unless we address is head on honestly ... respect Luke's career
How do you dislike this ???
Great coverage as usual. Luke was a beast with a super charged motor. Always around the ball. Concussion aftermath I’m sure, was the deciding factor. Fun to watch 🤛🏼❤️🇺🇸
Who gives Luke a thumbs down? Best damn Linebacker.
When he pick Tony Romo twice and stiff harm armed him in the end zone
So all ur sayin is that he was trash right ?
You can hear the pain in that man's voice holy shit
Dedicated, hard working, willing to learn. That’s what true football passion is.
Have you done Patrick Willis. You should if you haven't
One word Great Great Great football plauet
Watching him get carted off was heart breaking...I knew that he wasn't the same after that. I give him all the credit in the world to make the decision that he made...it had to be difficult as fuk.
Great episode!! Spot on!! When everybody was hollering you can't build a defense around Luke!!! Maaan what!?! Dude been cold!!
Kind of reminds me of Robert Smith. Pro bowl back who was actually a MD. He hung it up in his prime. You have to respect these guys who make the unpopular decision for their own good. Football is brutal.
Really enjoy your videos whole new perspective on players
Man, this is why I love your channel. I've only been a subscriber for a week but this is the channel I've been missing out on. Thank you bro. And you even give love to defensive greats like this man. Inspirational stories for everyone to take in, no matter where you come from. But for people that grew up in sports and know the competiveness and brotherhood, it's just gold man. Keep on keeping on Flemlo.
Much respect... I like how you did that on him! ❤️💯
Well no shhh. Hes one concussion away from drooling next to jordan reed and steve young in a special needs home
😭😭😭😭 I'm still crying!! We love and miss you Luke!!💙🤍🖤💙🤍🖤
Lol he skipped out on a season he would have wanted to miss. Shows fate is on his side. Go in and come out dominating
Do one on ANDREW LUCK
24 tackles and an interception in 1 game
He needs to coach. Texans should pick him up as a linebacker coach.
As a Panther fan this is one of my favorite players ever. The look on his face the night he got that 2nd concussion was one of the scariest things I’ve seen.
